How to request service: Residents of RI contact Indie Cycle directly at 401-484-8838. Before calling, please have the following information ready: Name Address Best phone number(s) and time(s) to reach you Approximate quantity of items Location of items (ie, attic, basement) A description of your items You'll either talk to a representative or you can leave a message on the customer service line. All messages alert customer service immediately and almost all service requests are confirmed within 24 hours (some within the hour!) What do you collect? We specialize in collecting electronic items which include (but are not limited to) “Almost Anything With a Plug”: televisions computers computer peripherals (mice, keyboards, disks, etc), laptops netbooks monitors audio/visual equipment (DVD players, VCR’s, stereos, speakers, etc) cables and extension cords adapters and plugs intact non-corroded undamaged batteries of any shape or size vacuum cleaners microwaves small appliances miscellaneous general household electrical items If it has a plug we'll probably take it. Description examples: a 50 inch wide screen Magnavox TV a 27 inch Sony Trinitron a 32 inch Zenith wood console tv which swivels on a base with a glass door. four keyboards, a computer tower, a laptop, a box of cables and a microwave. A good description helps us determine the labor and trucking logistics required for your service beforehand and speeds up your request significantly. Do I have to move my electronics for you? Indie Cycle will pickup from inside anywhere on your property (attic, garage, basement, any floor, out building, etc). *Except for rare exceptions, we will not pickup curb-sided electronics or anything outside so PLEASE do not move your electronics outside prior to calling.*
